02 — The Consultation
We visit your property, walk the space together, and get into your vision, priorities, and budget — so we understand exactly what we're working with.
03 — The Design
We craft a custom design tailored to your home and the Middle Tennessee landscape — pools, outdoor kitchens, hardscape, plantings, and lighting, thoughtfully composed.
04 — The Build
Construction is handled by a contractor from our Preferred Builder network. As your designers, we stay involved at key milestones to protect the design — while your builder runs the day-to-day on site.
05 — Styling & Reveal
Just like an interior designer stages a finished room, we complete your space with selected furnishings and decor — so the reveal isn't just built, it's ready to live in and gather around from day one.
